Senior Employment Specialist, Jacqulyn Holley-Young, has over 15 years of working in workforce development services. She is has expertise in the following areas of case management, program coordination, business relations, grant coordination, policy, employment and academic counseling, community service, and outreach. Jacqulyn holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Cal State East Bay and Master’s degree in Career Development from John F. Kennedy University.
Chris Karnsouvong Employment Specialist II
(510) 412-2040 firstname.lastname@example.org Employment Specialist, Chris K. Karnsouvong, is a long time resident of Richmond and worked for the City of Richmond for more than 15 years. He is fluent in the Southeast Asian languages of Khmu, Lao and Thai and has been working for the City of Richmond for over 15 years. He has been with YouthWORKS since its inception in 1998 and has prior experience working in the West Contra Costa Unified School District. In addition, he provides workshops in conflict mediation, life skills/communication, primarily for in-school youth.
Employment Specialist, Candra Muhammad, is an experienced workforce development professional with 17 years of Public Service experience which she has acquired by working with non-profit and government agencies throughout the Bay Area. Candra brings a variety of skillsets to the YouthWORKS program and is experienced in Workshop Facilitation, Program Coordination, Crisis Counseling, Community Outreach/Advocacy and Organizational Development. Candra holds a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University and Master’s degree in Public Administration from Cal State East Bay.
