Project Description:
Shea Homes is seeking a General Plan Amendment Text Revision for a height exception, Rezone to PA - Planned Area District, Vesting Tentative Map and Design Review Permit to develop 60 units of market-rate condominiums and stacked flats on the Bottoms Property south of Seacliff Estates in the Point Richmond Neighborhood near Sandpiper Spit. The project will be developed within approximately 6.23 acres of the 25.27 acre site, resulting in a density of 9.72 units per net acre. A total of nine (9) buildings will be developed as part of the project and they will be oriented to take advantage of the site's location adjacent to the San Francisco Bay.
