Point Molate - Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Developers
The City of Richmond seeks to select a qualified developer or developers, including joint ventures, to serve as master developer in a public/private partnership with the City for development of approximately 271 acres of the Point Molate property (Point Molate or site). Additionally, developers who are interested in developing discrete portions of the site are encouraged to respond, as the City expects the selected master developer to consider such other interested developers for inclusion on their ultimate development team. Approve the shortlist of qualified developers for Point Molate; provide comments to staff on the draft Request for Proposals for development of Point Molate, and call a special meeting on December 11, 2018, for Point Molate Development Proposal presentations.
