About Us

Richmond YouthWORKS (YW) is part of the City of Richmond's Employment & Training Division, which runs several programs to assist opportunity youth ages 14-24 in the community with finding career pathway/employment. Services are participation based and include:

• Apprenticeship Training
• Transportation Assistance
• Business/Industry Trips 
• On-the-Job Training, Life Skills, work readiness workshops

         YouthWORKS mission is part of the city's efforts to reduce violence by providing quality employment and opportunities to Richmond's youth.
