All too frequently RPD employees do good work without receiving the intended "Thanks!" from our customers. We often hear stories about our foibles, but just as frequently we hear stories about RPD employees who acted professionally, went "above and beyond" to solve a problem, or were just downright competent, caring, and helpful. Unfortunately, in our fast-paced environment, it's true that the involved employee sometimes doesn't hear these stories, compliments, or words of thanks.
