The Grants Information Center is a one-stop research facility for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations interested in foundation fund-raising and college scholarships.  You can access the databases, free of charge, at the Richmond Public Library Adult Reference Desk.  

Along with this special collection of fund-raising and scholarhsip resources, the Richmond Public Library maintains a Cooperating Collection, of publications of the Foundation Center and a variety of supplementary materials and services in areas useful to grantseekers.

This directory is updated weekly and provides comprehensive and accurate information on 80,000 U.S. grantmakers and their grants- -includes links to foundation Websites, IRS filings, philanthropy news and more.

Provides detailed descriptions of more than 6,000 foundation programs that fund students, artists, researchers and other individual grant seekers.
