The City of Richmond is proud to play an active role in the positive development of our youth today. Youth Sports builds teamwork, cooperation, leadership, patience and most of all it gets our youth active. It is our goal to provide not only great programs, but a variety of programs for children to choose from.
Tennis Instruction for Youth
Youth ages 7-17 can receive novice and intermediate tennis instruction from a certified United States Professional Tennis Association Instructor. Classes are held Monday through Thursday at Nichol Park. For more information, please call the Recreation Department at (510) 620-6793. |

Little Tennis Program
This tennis program is designed for the3-5 year old tennis player. Children will receive the basic fundamentals of tennis in a non-competitive, fun atmosphere. For more information, please call (510) 620-6793.
Youth Sports
This Youth Sports program is designed for youth ages 8-17 years of age. Instruction will focus on basic skills enhancement. Sharpen your skills with us in game situations, sports clinics and leagues change seasonally. For more information, please call the Recreation Department at (510) 620-6793.
