• 510-412-2001 after hours

Discharges
Discharges entering storm drains flow directly to the San Francisco bay untreated. In an effort to protect the Bay from untreated sewage, please call the Pretreatment Program or the Sewer Maintenance Crew if you notice sewage flowing to a storm drain.

If you notice someone dumping automotive fluids, trash, or other substances that should not go down the storm drain, please call: 1-800-NO DUMPING

If there is a major spill and you cannot get through to the other numbers, call OES/California Emergency Management Agency at (800) 852-7550.
