Any new business with a physical location within the City of Richmond is required to submit an application in person at 450 Civic Center Plaza, 2nd floor. You may fill out and bring in a Business License Application.

Businesses not located in Richmond can view the Business License Tax Rate/Fee Chart, and send a completed application and check to:
