The City of Richmond is committed to a sustainable energy future and the creation of quality jobs for Richmond residents.  The Environmental Initiatives Division is collaborating with non-profits, utilities and local contractors to provide a variety of energy efficiency and renewable energy programs to Richmond residents and businesses.
