New Green Building Ordinance
As the City of Richmond rolled out its newestgreen initiative—a Green Building Ordinance intended to increase the energy efficiency of residential and commercial structures—three organizations teamed up to prepare local contractors for the change—Build it Green, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting green building practices, Contra Costa College, and Richmond BUILD.
