Point Molate Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) further facilitates, from its origins as the US Navy’s RAB, the independent policy, technical review and other advice to the City of Richmond (the City), Upstream Point Molate, LLC (Upstream Molate) and, as the lead regulatory agency, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) with respect to the environmental remediation of Point Molate.

The purpose of the RAB is to promote community awareness while also providing constructive community review, comment and guidance on past and proposed environmental restoration actions designed to accelerate and complete the environmental restoration and facilitate the subsequent reuse of the Point Molate Naval Fuel Depot.

Meetings
The Point Molate Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meets on the first Wednesday of every month.
