For the convenience of commuters, community members and residents, the City of Richmond offers the Circular Shuttle, a transportation program offering two shuttles for two different routes. Free to the public, both the Richmond and Marina Bay Circular Shuttle provide riders with a safe and reliable form of transportation around designated Richmond areas.

The Marina Bay Circular Shuttle commutes riders from the El Cerrito Del Norte Regional Transit Center, center houses BART, AC Transit AVINE, and Vallejo Transit, to the Marina Bay Parkway.

The Richmond Circular Shuttle route begins at the Richmond BART station and travels around the Richmond Civic Center, Contra Costa College, West MacDonald and San Pablo Avenue area.
