The City of Richmond Recreation Department is seeking collaborative partners who share the Department’s principles and commitment to quality programming. We strive to be a socially responsible organization where our resident and member’s trust is our top priority. We seek partners who share our commitment to quality programming and principles. We are always interested in expanding the recreation, sports, and leisure programs offered by the City of Richmond Recreation Department. To ensure we expand our programs in the highest quality, each interested partner must complete the application process. Listed below are The Application Guidelines which explains the details of the application process.
Interested partners must complete all phases of the partnership process. The phases are listed below.
All partnering staff must complete a volunteer application through the City of Richmond. Upon completing a volunteer application, applicants will be contacted for scheduling a fingerprinting scan and TB test. On the application, applicants
must check Recreation as their City Department Placement. Listed in the same cell of speciality, applicants must list the organization that will be partnering with the City of Richmond.
To learn more about the partnership guidelines and process, attend an informational workshop. Informational workshops will be held each month.
