A City of Richmond 1997 Condition of Approval for Onyx Environmental Services, now known as Veolia Environmental Services (Veolia), located at 1125 Hensley Street in Richmond, California. The grant requires the establishment of a Community and Information Panel (Panel) as an attempt to address some of the issues caused by the company's location in and its trucks driving through the North Richmond community.
