Richmond Workforce Investment Board Strategic Plan 2013-2017The Richmond Workforce Investment Board will be submitting a Strategic Plan for Program Years 2013 through 2017 as required by the Workforce Investment Act Section 118 and the California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 14221-14222. The Local Plan mirrors the State Strategic Workforce Development Plan goals and related objectives in addition to the Workforce Investment Act requirements.
