2900 Birmingham Sketch

 

$20,000 Reward

 

This subject is wanted in connection with a double homicide which occurred on August 30, 2007 in the 2900 block of Birmingham Drive.

 

At approximately 7:56 p.m. two suspects approached the victims who were seated in a car at the time of the incident.  The suspect depicted in the sketch used a handgun to fatally injure both victims.

 

The suspect is described as a black male adult in his early 20’s.  He is approximately 5’10” tall and 185 pounds.

 

He was with a second subject described as a black male adult in his early 20’s, 5’10” tall, medium build, dark complexion, with a “twisties” hair style.  This subject was also armed with a handgun.

 

The Richmond Police Department is currently offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the subjects involved in this incident.

On December 27, 2007 at approximately 9:17 p.m. Ravinder and Paramjit Kalsi were shot and killed inside the Sahib restaurant on San Pablo Avenue.  The Richmond Police Department is actively seeking information regarding the incident. 

 

The two people depicted in the adjacent surveillance photos are persons of interest in this case.  Detectives would like to identify and interview the two subjects shown in these photos.

$20,000 REWARD

 

On November 26, 2007 at approximately 9:00 p.m. Thanh Thach was shot and killed while trying to deliver a pizza.  This crime was committed in the southeast portion of the city of Richmond.  The assailants are still outstanding and unidentified.

 

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

2100 Roosevelt Sketch

Unknown Suspect

 

This subject is wanted in connection with a shooting homicide which occurred on January 4, 2007 in the 2100 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

 

The suspect is described as a black male juvenile, 15 to 16 years old.  He is approximately 5’7” tall, 170 pounds, and his face is clean shaven.  On the day of the homicide he was wearing a black baseball style hat, a black jacket with brown on the front, and blue jeans.  The gun used was described as a black revolver with brown wood grips.

 

A second suspect (not shown) is described as a black male adult, 18 to 20 years old.  He is approximately 6’0” to 6’3” tall with a thin build.  At the time of the incident he was wearing a white baseball style hat, a red shirt and blue jeans.

Birthdate:  June 29, 1977

 

Mandrell Vaughn is wanted in connection with a homicide which occurred in 2003.

 

A $2,000,000 arrest warrant has been issued for Vaughn related to Richmond Police Department case number 03-117122.

 

Vaughn is known to use aliases Mark Steven Vaughn (birth date 8/26/1978), Mandell Lamonte Vaughn (birth date 8/26/1978), and Mandell Lamone Vaughn (birth date 6/29/1977).
