Unknown Suspect
On Thursday August 4, 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm the victim was in 4th Street Park with two minor children playing in the basketball courts. As they left the courts and walked through the pedestrian gate, the suspect grabbed the victim from behind and threw her to the ground. The suspect straddled the victim as he unsuccessfully attempted to pull down his pants while still pinning the victim down in the bushes. The suspect was able to remove the victim's pants and pull part of her shirt off as he sexually assaulted her for approximately 5 minutes. The minor children were only a few feet away and witnessed the entire assault. The victim eventually was able to fight off the suspect and flee the area on foot with the children.

The suspect is described as a black male adult in his mid 20's. He has a medium to dark complexion standing approximately 5'10" and weighing approximately 170-180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white jacket, red shirt, and black pants
.

On July 19, 2011 at approximately 5:30 pm the victim answered her door in the apartment complex at 3400 Richmond Parkway.  Two suspects were present and asked for "Jason." When the victim told the suspects that no one by that name lived there one of the two suspects produced a firearm, pointed it at the victim's head and instructed her to open the door. Once inside the suspects ransacked the victim's apartment and stole property.

Suspect #1 (in the sketch) was described as a black male adult in his early 20’s with black hair and brown eyes. He is approx. 5’3” and weighs approximately 160 pounds. There was a gun used in this incident, however, he was not the suspect identified as having possessed it during the robbery.

Unknown Suspect
On February 5, 2011 at approximately 9:00 am the victim answered her front door in the 2300 block of Esmond Ave. The suspect forced his way into the residence and physically assaulted the victim rendering her unconscious. While the victim was unconscious the suspect cut the victim's throat leaving her for dead inside of her residence.

The victim was able to get help from neighbors and she recovered from her injuries.

All current leads have been exhausted and the Richmond Police Department is requesting assistance from the public to identify and convict this individual.

$20,000 Reward
This subject is wanted in connection with a double homicide which occurred on August 30, 2007 in the 2900 block of Birmingham Drive.

At approximately 7:56 pm two suspects approached the victims who were seated in a car at the time of the incident.  The suspect depicted in the sketch used a handgun to fatally injure both victims.

The suspect is described as a black male adult in his early 20’s.  He is approximately 5’10” tall and 185 pounds.

He was with a second subject described as a black male adult in his early 20’s, 5’10” tall, medium build, dark complexion, with a “twisties” hair style.  This subject was also armed with a handgun.

The Richmond Police Department is currently offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the subjects involved in this incident.

Persons of Interest
On December 27, 2007, at approximately 9:17 pm Ravinder and Paramjit Kalsi were shot and killed inside the Sahib restaurant on San Pablo Avenue.  The Richmond Police Department is actively seeking information regarding the incident. 

The two people depicted in the adjacent surveillance photos are persons of interest in this case.  Detectives would like to identify and interview the two subjects shown in these photos.

On November 26, 2007 at approximately 9:00 pm Thanh Thach was shot and killed while trying to deliver a pizza.  This crime was committed in the southeast portion of the city of Richmond.  The assailants are still outstanding and unidentified.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.

Thanh Thach

Unknown Suspect
This subject is wanted in connection with a shooting homicide which occurred on January 4, 2007 in the 2100 block of Roosevelt Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black male juvenile, 15 to 16 years old.  He is approximately 5’7” tall, 170 pounds, and his face is clean shaven.  On the day of the homicide he was wearing a black baseball style hat, a black jacket with brown on the front, and blue jeans.  The gun used was described as a black revolver with brown wood grips.

A second suspect (not shown) is described as a black male adult, 18 to 20 years old.  He is approximately 6’0” to 6’3” tall with a thin build.  At the time of the incident he was wearing a white baseball style hat, a red shirt and blue jeans.

Mandrell Lamone Vaughn
Birthdate: June 29, 1977

Mandrell Vaughn is wanted in connection with a homicide which occurred in 2003. A $2,000,000 arrest warrant has been issued for Vaughn related to Richmond Police Department case number 03-117122.

Vaughn is known to use aliases Mark Steven Vaughn (birth date 8/26/1978), Mandell Lamonte Vaughn (birth date 8/26/1978), and Mandell Lamone Vaughn (birth date 6/29/1977).
