Enterprise Zone Fee Increase & Additional Processing Fees

Recently our City Council approved a fee increase and additional processing fees for Enterprise Zone vouchers effective September 1, 2011 as the following:

$90.00 Processing fee

This processing fee is per voucher with a 30 day turn-around expectancy. Any voucher that is denied will include a letter explaining why it was denied and you will have 60 days to appeal without
re-submitting additional fees.

$20.00 Expediting fee

This is an additional fee per voucher to provide an option for companies to have vouchers processed within 5 business days after receipt.

$15.00 “Look Up” fee

This fee is per voucher to retrieve past or denied vouchers.

Your Enterprise Zone vouchers submitted should also always include a cover letter with information pertaining to your contact information, the number of vouchers submitted and the check amount.

Please be sure to include the appropriate amount on your checks when submitting vouchers.
