The Five-Year Financial Plan (the Plan) was adopted by the City Council on June 4, 2013. The City has prepared and has utilized an annual Plan since 2012. The Plan focuses on financial and organizational issues, and is designed as a tool to use for the long-term sustainability of the City. Long-term sustainability level projections assist with guiding the development of capital projects, service levels, and budgets in line with the General Plan and the strategies and objectives of the Five-Year Strategic Business Plan.
