Vida Sana

Produced by Contra Costa Health Services and taped at Contra Costa Television (CCTV), KCRT presents selected episodes of the award-winning "Vida Sana." The one-time LIVE program is no longer in production, but the issues are still relevant.

Hosted by Marissa Garcia Albor or Elizabeth de Dios, "Vida Sana" was a Spanish language, health education program for residents of Contra Costa County. The program's goal was to improve communication to our Spanish-speaking community.

Guests included local experts to help raise awareness about important topics and to provide Latino families with information to help them access services in the community.

"Vida Sana" was a family friendly show that addresses such topics as child health, parenting, women's health, chronic diseases, emergency preparedness, violence prevention, immunization and more.
