The Neighborhood Permit Parking Program (NPP), adopted by Council on January 31, 2017, provides residents an option to address this displacement of on-street parking spaces by non-residents. Under this program residents of a designated neighborhood can purchase parking permits to park along roadways in their area, while on-street parking is restricted for motorists without permits.
