The City of Richmond is analyzing a potential Vacant Property Tax to support City services for blight abatement, code compliance and general revenue enhancement.
The City hosted three public workshops to receive feedback from stakeholders and the community including concerns regarding blight, opinions regarding vacant properties, potential exemptions, and services to be funded.
