The City of Richmond Homekey Project is funded using funds from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) through the Homekey program, Contra Costa County Community Development Block Grant Funds (CDBG), and the City of Richmond. The utilization of the Homekey and CDBG funds require that a Relocation Plan is developed in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and the California Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Guidelines, title 25, California code of regulations.
The Relocation Plan has been reviewed and approved by HCD for the City of Richmond Homekey Project.
