Commissioned by the local assessment district of the car dealerships in the immediate area The work is an outstanding example of a stable piece that appears to move as one walks around it. Created from 12 reinforced cement panels held together with steel cable, with tile insets to give color. The sculpture was dedicated during the International Sculpture Conference in Oakland, 1982, as part of a Bay Area celebration of public sculpture.
