Risk Management

The Risk Management division of the Human Resources Management Department is responsible for managing all aspects of risk for the City of Richmond. Risk Management administers the City's Workers Compensation program, manages claims, reviews and assesses insurance obligations and ensures that the City of Richmond is a safe place to work, live and play.
