Services are participation-based and may include:

  • Work Experience (WEX)
  • On-the-Job Training
  • Apprenticeship Training
  • Business/Industry Trips
  • Life Skills Workshops

YouthWORKS is part of the city's efforts to reduce violence by providing opportunity youth with Work Experience. The responsibility for training our youth & giving them the skills and opportunities they need to become productive citizens belongs to everyone.
