Informational Workshop on livable wage job placement opportunities with ClimbHire. Cohort starting in January 2022.

Purpose of the Event: Create awareness of Climb Hire as an invaluable resource for diverse stakeholders in Richmond, Vallejo, Stockton and greater Bay Area to secure technical job training for livable wage jobs with leading tech companies.

What is ClimbHire?

Climb Hire trains diverse and determined talent to break into new careers at no cost to them to participate.

How Does it Work (High-Level)?

Climb Hire programs require a commitment of 2 nights a week for cohort meetings led by Instructors and facilitated by former Climbers (called fellows) + additional self-study and independent work.

Throughout each of the four learning tracks, Climbers build community, learn concrete skills, earn respected certification, develop soft-skills and prepare for interviews and successful navigation of a new career.

The program costs nothing to participate, and Climbers "pay it forward" to support the path of future participants once they have finished the program and landed a new role with a salary.
