The Black Resiliency Fund’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is now accepting applications! The CAC plays a vital role in helping the City of Richmond better serve communities that have been disproportionately impacted—especially Black residents who have long faced inequities due to underinvestment in infrastructure, services, youth development, education, housing, health care, and employment.
As Richmond continues to move forward, this committee ensures community voices help guide equitable investment and decision-making.
