[ARCHIVED] Richmond, CA Recycling Enhancement and Beautification of Public Trash Receptacles (RFP)

The City of Richmond (City) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from experienced artists to assist with updating public right-of-way trash receptacles and leading an upcycle beautification project.

This RFP is to create pieces of mosaic artwork that enhance the City’s beauty, engage the community, and promote reuse and recycling practices. Interested parties may download copies of the RFP by visiting the City's web site, www.ci.richmond.ca.us/bids. To download the RFP and submit a proposal, new vendors will be required to register with the City’s Bids Online system. The PDF version of the RFP is available to the public and can be downloaded by visiting www.richmondenvironment.org.
