Richmond Police Dept has closed Regatta Blvd completely due to drivers ignoring closure and creating dangerous conditions. Road will be closed for the duration of construction, at least a month. City of Richmond is installing a hydrodynamic separator, a trash capture device, on a large storm outfall at this location.
