The new rates will fund increasing costs for system operations and maintenance and planned capital projects. The City will consider the new rate structure and proposed revenue increase at a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 202 at 6:30pm at the City Council Chambers, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 94804.
