The new rates will fund increasing costs for system operations and maintenance and planned capital projects. The City will consider the new rate structure and proposed revenue increase at a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, 202 at 6:30pm at the City Council Chambers, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 94804. You are invited to present oral or written testimony at the public hearing. Written protests may be mailed or hand delivered to the City Clerk’s office; emails are not accepted.
