Emergency Services Data Study
The City has hired a consultant to produce a report that examines the current workloads and service delivery of the Richmond Police and Fire Departments. The goal is to conduct an analysis of emergency calls for service and operations, as well as provide strategies to achieve the best use of existing resources. A comprehensive assessment of the types of emergencies residents report and our city’s response to calls for service would help our city improve service delivery and determine where resources are needed.
