For over 67 remarkable years, the Snow Ball has been a celebrated Richmond tradition, honoring WCCUSD high school students who embody academic excellence and civic dedication. 

 

Exciting Innovation for 2023: Student Co-Mayors for a Day

This year, the 2023 edition introduces a groundbreaking concept: Student Co-Mayors for a Day. Mayor Eduardo Martinez will host this inaugural event, honoring the Snow Ball King and Queen while offering insights into the life of a Mayor.

 

How to Apply: Outstanding seniors, here's your chance! Compete for our $2,500 scholarship if you have a 3.5 GPA or higher, a dedication to community service, and unique talents that set you apart.

 

Scholarship Prizes: King and Queen (2 scholarships)

  • $2,500 scholarship
  • Student Mayor for a Day
  • Professional headshots

 

Requirements:

  • WCCUSD senior graduating in 2024
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5
  • Active involvement in community activities showcasing your pride and purpose
  • Attendance at all 3 Snowball events
  • Submit your application by November 1, 2023
