ObamaCare: What Does the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Mean for You?

The City of Richmond Environmental and Health Initiatives [http://www.ci.richmond.ca.us/index.aspx?NID=2411] , ACCE [http://www.calorganize.org/] , Community Clinic Consortium [http://clinicconsortium.org/] and LifeLong Medical Care [http://lifelongmedical.org/] are hosting a workshop for the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as ObamaCare. The workshop is open to all community members and will focus on how ACA will be implemented in California, and what options are available to enroll for health insurance in Richmond.
At the workshop, residents will have a chance to learn about:
• What's changed in the Affordable Care Act and what is to come;
• The Low-Income Health Program (LIHP) overview: who is eligible and where to apply;
• LifeLong Medical Care: Health service for all ages.
