Use this form to make a complaint about police service or RPD personnel. This form must be printed out, completed by hand, and signed by the complainant. A completed form can be dropped off at the Richmond Police Department or mailed to the Professional Standards Unit at 1701 Regatta Blvd., Richmond, CA 94804.
All complaints will be investigated. Please make sure to include contact information on the complaint form.
