Workshops
Community education is a core component of the services provided by the Richmond Rent Program. The Rent Program hosts monthly Community Workshops to educate tenants, landlords, and others on the requirements of the Fair Rent, Just Cause for Eviction, and Homeowner Protection Ordinance.
Community Workshop Update:
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic Richmond Rent Program Community Workshops will continue as online webinars to maintain the health and safety of our staff. All workshop webinars will be pre-recorded and posted on this website each month after 4 PM.
Please note: All workshop webinar topics are subject to change based on any new laws and/or changes to current laws.
