What is Community Citizen Science?
Citizen science allows curious people who care about their community and world to contribute to scientific research. In doing so, it also expands the reach that scientific research can have - professional scientists don't get everywhere!
Citizen science projects can be worked on at home, with friends or family, or out in nature, and can require a smartphone or less.
The Richmond Public Library has kits to help you participate!
You can borrow a kit for Observing Pollinators, Exploring Biodiversity, or Zombee Hunting.
