Registration for our Spring 2026 CERT Academy will open soon. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please fill out this CERT online form to learn more about the expected dates and whether you can fulfill the commitment required of the Academy. You will then be contacted to confirm your interest and details provided.
Kindly note that priority will be given to Richmond residents. Residents from nearby jurisdictions who wish to register will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may likely have to pay a fee to cover for the city-sponsored materials provided.
