All businesses, including those not located in Richmond, can estimate their tax due using the Measure U Business Tax Calculator . When ready to apply, submit your application through the City of Richmond’s online portal: ims.ci.richmond.ca.us.

City's Food Ware Ordinance


Starting January 1, 2022 all businesses in California must comply with California State Bill 1383. This bill requires business to subscribe to recycling and organics services in addition to other requirements.
