• Five-year terms
• Meetings are every third Thursday at 3:45 pm (CURRENTLY NOT MEETING)
• Council Chamber, City Hall

  Member Requirements

• Residency required for appointed members
• Membership in fund required for elected members
• Pursuant to the City of Richmond’s Conflict of Interest Code, members will be required to complete a Fair Political Practices Commission, Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700 upon assuming or leaving office and annually during their term.

Ex-Officio Members
The city attorney and city clerk are ex-officio members of the Boards with no vote in the proceedings. The city clerk is the ex-officio clerk of the board.
