The Richmond Environmental Community and Investment Agreement (ECIA) Community Grants Program provides grant funds to Richmond-serving organizations with a focus on the Richmond community, youth, and youth sports programs. Grant Review Ad-Hoc Committee members are fundamental to the decision-making and awarding process. Grant Review Ad-Hoc Committee members are essential to ensuring selection of applications that best meet the needs of the program consistent with established criteria. Panel members also provide assurance to the public that the evaluation and selection process is impartial and fair.
