Marina Bay LUC Areas

Marina Bay Area (see map above) has nine (9) deed restricted areas.  Any work in this area is subject to the Land Use Covenants and related documents and is subject to approval by the State of California Department of Toxic Substances Control.  An Encroachment Permit Application should be checked if it is within one of these areas and current conditions relating to these properties.

Further information can be found below for each of the deed restricted properties.  An applicant may be subject to producing a Health and Safety Plan and a Soil Management Plan as well as receiving City and State approval before proceeding with work.  For further information you can call an Engineering Department/ Successor Agency Representative at (510) 307-8091.
